Hosted a fun workshop at UC Davis last night! We demoed how to make an inner tube flogger & a spreader bar (picts and how-to coming soon!), decorated rubber-dipped clothes pins, and had fun thinking up all the different ways to get kinky without equipment / $$. Now I’m reflecting and feeling super thankful for all the supportive, nurturing perverts in my life who inspire me & push me to think critically about (and have a shit-ton of fun with) my own desires!
Open for business!
Published February 10, 2012 by craftykinkyAlright folks, I’ve opened up shop @ etsy and have listings for inner tube floggers & for the zine.
I hope that you print & distribute copies at will, but if anyone wants to throw a little $$ of support my direction, you can also order a printed copy at the shop.
The floggers are each handmade out of recycled bike inner tubes and pack an awesome stingy punch! I have a number of pre-made floggers or can make a flogger to order.
Unless otherwise requested, each flogger has:
- 6 inch handle (core is a wooden dowel)
- 30 tails
- Handle wrapped in black inner tube with no additional decoration
Custom options
- 6 or 8 inch handle
- Up to 50 tails
- Bolts added to handle (up to sets of 3 around base or top of handle)
- Lace handle wrap
- Message with additional requests!
I really enjoy making these and would be happy to discuss design ideas, these floggers are meant to be accessible (inexpensive) and fun!
A Crafty Hello
Published January 30, 2012 by craftykinkyAs Amy Sedaris would say, “Hello, and I like you!”
This is a short & inadequate introduction to what I hope will become a fun dialogue around creative & kinky things. For now, you can find a scanned version of the zine “Crafty Kinky” at zine library.
If you’d like a nice little printed version of the zine mailed to you, email me at craftykinky@gmail.com & we can work something out.
